No Spray Zone fully supports freedom of speech and conscience, and encourages all citizens to speak out and act in ways that further the common good. Apart from the Director, the Board President, and in his/her absence, the Board Vice President, however, no individual has the authority to speak or act on behalf of No Spray Zone, or to bind it in any way. |
